I attempted to put air in my tire at multiple places and more air came out. Around 5:30pm I stopped at Mavis praying someone nice would be able to assist me. Once I saw the garage door open (although I could tell they would be closing soon), I saw a young man (Demetri) and asked if he could assist me with air for my tire. He happily agreed and told me to pull up. Demetri was so nice and professional. He told me the amount of air needed in my tires and where to find the tire information. When I asked his name he smiled told me his name and shook my hand. I honestly hope this review gets to upper management because this is how great customer service used to be. I have been to other businesses where the associates weren’t nice or helpful. Thank you so much Demetri for being so kind and professional. I wish you so much success in your endeavors!

Pete the manager is awesome and thanks to his crew/staff I was back on the road. I waited a little and I didn't mind the wait. He was busy on Sunday but managed to get me in and back on the road I was.
