I pulled up to this Jiffy Lube and was greeted by a friendly employee and got in right away. I have a VW Atlas and need a special Euro blend oil and filter that they had in stock. It’s not a bunch of teenagers working there and they did a great, prompt, thorough job. I was done in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be taking my car back there for future oil changes! The tech who was performing the oil change took off the skid, plate did not replace the bolts that were stripped during the process. When my husband drove off the skid plate was dragging on the floor and when he returned back he was told that the bolts must have fallen out while driving across the street. Even if that were the case that would also mean that they tech failed tighten the bolts properly. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

Didn’t ask so many questions and pretty much cut to the chase, I’m not sure how to spell his name but deshawn was the first to talk to us. I’ve gone to other jiffy lubes and they always look like they don’t know what they’re doing, looking stuff up on google, and asking me questions I sometimes don’t know the answer to; not these guys! I’ll be coming here for all my oil changes from now on.
