As I am getting ready to leave, I ask to leave my car on the lot and they say I can't do so. Alright, how am I supposed to pick up a rental? Their solution: this random employee will follow me to my house, which is over 20 minutes away and then I have to drive him back? No thanks, I cancelled my appointment since I do not have an hour to waste dealing with nonsense. Stay away, rent elsewhere.
