  They charged me $720 to replace parking brake parts and assembly and it was not done. I had my truck service now and I was actually down there and the cable was still broken. Nothing they said they were fixed or change was done so $720 Scam.

  The company I work for uses MRW. They are responsive immediately. Their work is top notch, their labor and parts are affordable. 10/10 recommend

  I recently took my trailer to this repair shop and was charged a very high amount for the repairs. The pricing felt excessive compared to what I expected for the work done. What concerns me even more is that after picking up my trailer, I realized my pallet jack, which was inside when I dropped it off, was missing. I raised the issue, but I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. Between the high charges and the missing equipment, I no longer feel confident doing business here. I would advise others to carefully document their equipment and clarify all costs upfront before leaving their property at this shop.

  Had to call first thing in the morning for Roadside Assistance as I had one of our trucks on the side of I-88 E. Steve was very friendly and helpful. Road Tech called, fixed the problem right away and my driver is back on the road! Very friendly, timely, and efficient! Would definitely recommend! Thank you MRW!!!
