I recently got my oil changed and I'm so grateful I decided to stop by this particular Jiffy Lube. Everyone was so friendly and the service was top notch. I didn't feel pressured to buy add-ons. I will be back. Outstanding service.

Took my 2017 Nissan Versa in for an oil change this morning, the staff was extremely friendly & helpful! The service was completed in a very timely manner. Will come back for all my future oil changes!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I came in for a routine oil change and immediately after leaving, I experienced a low oil pressure warning while driving on the highway, along with a check engine light and a major oil leak. I live far from this location, so I returned the next day. They acknowledged that the oil filter cap had been left loose and topped off the oil. However, the issue was not resolved and actually became worse. I had to tow my vehicle to the dealership and was left without a car for two days. The dealership confirmed that a gasket had been damaged during the oil change, which caused the leak. Not only was this whole experience an inconvenience, it was a serious issue that could have caused major engine damage if I didn't catch it on time. I trusted this location with a basic service and instead, it resulted in additional time, stress, and expense. I would not recommend coming here for an oil change AT ALL.

I visited the establishment a few days ago and dealt, mostly, with Andrew. I’ve been getting my oil changes done at THIS location, ONLY, for about 3 years? Consistently. This last visit, I didn’t see my usual people. Not sure if Andrew is new, but I don’t remember ever seeing him. Anyway, I get the oil change. Not only did I NOT see people near the front of my car for most of the service, as they usually are, no one checked the in-cabin filters, as they usually do. I barely saw them under the hood. They didn’t bring / show me either air filter. The experience, THIS time, was so “hands off,” that it made me question if my oil was really getting changed. When it was time to put the new mileage sticker in the window, Andrew DEEPLY blows his breath, FROM the depths of his throat, ON my sticker, attempting to place it in MY window. Definitely mind blowing. I instantly said, “boy, don’t be blowing on stuff, trynna put it in my car!” With attitude, and an unprofessional tone, he said, “I do that so it can stick better.” Long story short, a new sticker had to be used. I reached for it to put it on myself. Not only had no one EVER done this in the 20+ years I’ve been getting oil changes, it’s purely disgusting and unsanitary. Anyone blowing on your sticker could have sore or strep throat, a cold, COVID, or any other communicable disease. It’s unnecessary and unsanitary and needs to stop immediately! It’s not a “normal” action to do that in a professional setting, with strangers and customers. When it came time to pay, not only did my coupon not be added without a “reminder,” after hearing the total, I asked how much was an oil change, in general. Andrew said, with even MORE attitude and “snappy” behavior and Energy, “with or without the coupon?” I said, “in general.” I added, “you’re” and I did a “rattling / anxious” type of hand movement, and “gestured” him to bring it down a notch because “staff isn’t usually like that.” It shouldn’t take a customer pointing out bad, unprofessional, snappy behavior for you to realize your behavior is unacceptable. After leaving the office, I said “thank you,” to which he did NOT respond, despite me saying it in a regular talking / conversational tone. Again, very unprofessional. After I left, I realized the sticker had the CURRENT mileage and not the “future” mileage, so I return to let him know. When giving me the new sticker, he said “that was my bad.” Again, unprofessional language, especially to a customer. I was so taken aback by the unprofessionalism that I didn’t tip anyone. I normally tip everyone on site. The overall experience was a -5/10. If this was my first visit, I’d never return.

Frequently Asked Questions About Jiffy Lube Oil Change

How much does an oil change cost at Jiffy Lube?

You can receive a personalized oil change quote from your local Jiffy Lube service center by visiting MyJiffyLube at https://jiffylube.com/get-an-estimate/get-started. Each Jiffy Lube service center is also independently owned and operated, and retail prices for products and services are determined at the local store level. You can also call your local store if you have additional questions.

How long does an oil change take at Jiffy Lube?

An oil change at Jiffy Lube could take 15 minutes or less, that's from the time we start your service, and the hood of your vehicle goes up, to when we've completed the service, and the hood goes down! Jiffy Lube pioneered the quick lube industry, and we are geared to handle oil changes for all types of vehicles. We also know that finding the time to get your car serviced is tough, so if you decide to complete a few of your other vehicle needs while visiting us, like a new cabin or engine air filter, tire rotation, or new windshield wipers, this could add additional time to your service. Finally, wait times can vary depending on the time of your visit and location of your service.
