- CRCarolyn RichardsApr 7, 20261.0Took my car here after a car accident. Drove off and everything seemed fine. About a week or so later the check engine light comes on. I can’t close my gas tank cap properly. when I called in to talk with the person that fixed my car the front desk woman tried to convince me that I didn’t remember what side of the car I got hit on. Never got the call back . still dealing with the issues. Would not recommend. If they don’t do it right the first time, they don’t make it right after.

I was concerned I would get stuck with an unexpected bill. They handled everything with insurance, the rental car company, and the repair. They made sure we were taken care of and received our vehicle back with all the necessary compares completed. Thankful for their integrity and incredible work. I’ll be bringing my vehicles here from now on for any needed repairs.

They told me everything that needed replacing and repaired and they liaised with my insurance. They treated me like a friend and although my car was totaled my experience with Gerber especially Jim and Devin was awesome! You guys Rock! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gerber to my friends and neighbors!
