I was neither informed of the results nor provided with any documentation confirming that the inspection was completed. This raises serious concerns about service compliance, quality control, and customer safety. I expect: A formal explanation for the failure to perform the 18-point courtesy check Corrective action to ensure this does not happen to other customers Appropriate resolution or compensation for the service that was not delivered as promised

On my car the trainee couldn’t figure out where the oil filter went. She kept looking in the top of the engine. She never checked air pressure. Didn’t know where VIN or correct air pressure number was. After 40 minutes Michael finally took over. Wanted to sell me an engine air filter— didn’t have the right one. Put the old filter back in incorrectly (learned that next day at Advanced Auto Parts). Failed to honor $10 coupon you sent me. Made me late taking my wife to heart failure doctor. This a was a complete failure. I will NEVER return.
