  Thad ensure I had a very comfortable car to drive when I came to pick up. I had Charles help me during my Return, which was very easy breeze too

  I paid for what was advertised as a luxury car and was given a Toyota Corolla Cross instead. The staff was completely unprepared and clearly out of cars, even though their website showed availability. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me an additional fee to “upgrade,” despite the fact that I had already paid for a luxury vehicle. The entire operation felt incompetent and disorganized. This location already had low ratings, which I should have taken more seriously, but I urgently needed a car to drive to Oxford, MS to get my son due to an ice storm and had no other choice. This was a totally different experience from SIXT at airport locations, which have always been fine for me. I will never give this Naperville Marriott location my business again.

  Did not have a good experience at all. Waited over an hour for someone to come in, and I wasn’t even able to leave with a car due to another reason. Wasted money on taking a uber there and now back. John from customer service was very helpful in getting my refund but overall bad experience will never recommend anyone to use this service!
