  AVOID! This place attempted to repair our windshield. Ever since, we’ve since had nonstop issues with safety features that are unavailable. My husband pointed out the issue at the shop on his initial visit and they wanted him to just take it home anyway. “Forward sensing camera calibration mode” is the error we’ve been seeing for weeks. Their guy Ed came to our place today to try to fix it. When he came to our door he almost said he didn’t know why he was here because “the paperwork at the shop said calibration complete.” I explained that my husband tried to get them to see the issue up front and it’s been there since. 3 hours later, the guys worked on it and recalibrated it at the shop, I get the keys back. I get in the car and turn it on, the error was gone. An hour later and it’s back again. I’m so frustrated. They need to make this right.

  Technician replaced glass but did not vacuum vehicle from glass. Glass shards where left everywhere on dashboard, floor and seats. He also either damaged or tampered with vehicle Vin# plate and replaced with a paper print out. Car dealer is now refusing to service vehicle since it has a paper print out on the original vin location.

  Horrible service. Was told I would be getting new back window installed on my TACOMA from 12-5PM. Took off work all day to get the window replaced, and then I got a phone call that they put it in wrong and it will be a lot more money for my “4Runner” they didn’t even put the right vehicle in right and now I took a whole day off from work for absolutely nothing. Horrible experience

  Nothing against this location but I needed to reschedule my appointment... the website keeps erroring out so I cant adjust it. And then when I call they have replaced it with AI and the AI bot will not put me through to a customer service rep nor will it help change my appointment.... Congrats you've "saved money" with a bot but lost a lifetime customer. Ill gladly pay more with an alternative that has working systems or a real person to help assist.

  I have yet to have my glass repaired and already encountered difficulties with Annette at the Ogden location. My simple request to inform the technician of my dental appointment and to provide updates via text was met with resistance. I merely wanted the technician to provide an estimated time of arrival or notify me when they were on their way. Unfortunately, Annette's response was unhelpful, making a straightforward request seem like an undue favor. I appreciate your assistance thus far. The initial experience has been underwhelming, which aligns with the low review scores. I will reassess and update my review if the service improves. Update Initially, the appointment did not commence on a positive note when I requested that certain information be conveyed to my technician prior to arrival, but unfortunately, the representative at the home base location to whom I was transferred was unable to provide any meaningful assistance, leaving me feeling like just another customer. However, upon calling the corporate number, I was connected with the technician, and we had a productive discussion regarding the necessary information, and both the technician and the customer service representative were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Following the completion of the installation, Edward provided a thorough explanation of the work performed. Although the experience began poorly, the positive outcome and the exemplary service ultimately prevailed. I extend my gratitude to Edward who was beyond professional and helpful and the customer service representative from the corporate number.
