"Ahhhh, it doesn't work.... Errrrr." And then actually hand me the keys to my vehicle, instead of telling me they don't know where the keys are so that I have to spend ten minutes searching through my vehicle for them? I know oil changes are hard and all. Maybe one day you guys will get this crazy industry figured out. Keep practicing I guess?

I'm sure they're being told what to do, and or can't complete their job until someone else finishes up something, but it appears that they're doing nothing. Just optically, not a good look. The other thing, I'm tired of the upsell. They're not pushy about it but it gets old and feels slightly icky if you know what I mean.
