- JVJ VM6 days ago2.0I just left after my oil change, and while the service itself was fast, I had a concerning experience afterward. Shortly after leaving, I noticed a very strong oil smell. I tried to brush it off but then I saw that the engine oil cap had been left off sitting on top of my car! I had to pull over immediately to fix it myself. This is a serious safety and mechanical issue. if I hadn’t noticed right away, oil could have sprayed out, caused engine damage, or the cap could have fallen off completely. That kind of mistake can be very costly for customers. The staff were friendly, but they seemed a bit too playful and unserious while working, which made me uneasy. I understand having a positive work environment, but attention to detail is extremely important, especially when working on paying customers’ vehicles. I also usually get asked about a tire rotation, which is part of my regular maintenance, but this time I wasn’t, so I missed getting it done. Overall, the service was quick, but I hope management reinforces careful final checks especially the people working on the upper bay before releasing cars, because this could have ended much worse.

After an old man employee approached me screaming at me what to do I felt uncomfortable I immediately left this is not how a paying customer should be treated. I came to Firestone which came out way cheaper and way better customer service I do not recommend this location at all TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!
