  How good can an oil change be? Let me tell you, BEST oil change service EVER!!! Boy, this is a well managed service center. If you want old school customer service at a business that takes pride in its work, look no further. Service with a big smile, polite, very clean waiting area & restrooms. Really appreciated the quick window cleaning & vacuum that comes with an oil change as well as complementary beverages. The technician comes to you in the waiting area with your oil stick in hand to show you the level your oil is now after the change. When you leave, your receipt has a nice smelling air freshener attached to hang in your car. Coupons are available online, PLUS if I remember correctly, every 6th oil change is free.

  Would have been nice to know they do NOT service petroleum engine fuel filters, only certain Diesel engine fuel filters that spin on. When I called I was told that they do service petroleum engine fuel filters. When I got there I was told they dont. I had the filter too, was told on the phone that's fine. In person I was told, No, it has to be their own parts and products. I just want to get everything done in one place. I wish I knew before stopping in and wasting the business' time with my questions as well as my own.

  Arrived at 5 PM to a full shop and lights on only find out they closed “early” due to weather, which was 1/4” of snow. Never again

  I’ve been coming here now for my oil changes and have always received the best service! Form when you pull up and are greeted by the friendliest staff, he takes your car and pulls it in for you and always has a smile on his face and is so happy! And they alway send texts or emails with coupons! So you can’t beat that! Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!

  Just left the place and will never return. Went in for a $115 full synthetic oil change and what service do I get? I get to watch the two kids working on my vehicle play fighting, and pushing each other seeing who is stronger right in front of my vehicle. This went on for several minutes and they were REALLY pushing each other around. Not only unprofessional, but one slip and one would have gone flying into my vehicle. The nail in the coffin, when I told the kid who rang me up how unprofessional that was, no apology, of course had the typical "I never do anything wrong attitude" and said, "yeah the work was done" and laughed. Manager did apologize, but I'm done. Last two car washes weren't that great either. I change my oil the old way, every 3,000 miles and even with full synthetic, so they lost $115 oil changes on two cars which I service long before they may truly need to be. Keep treating the workplace like a playground kids and the negative, condescending attitude isn't going to help your cause either.
