He was honest, transparent, and never pushy, which I really appreciated. Giovanni, the used car manager, was equally great—he communicated with me via email before I went in and made sure we could get the deal done. He helped take care of a few issues I had with the vehicle and made sure everything was handled properly. Both of them were easy to work with, upfront, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Jose and Giovanni to anyone looking for a car. They both were fantastic throughout the whole process making it smooth and straight forward! Excellent service all around. I will definitely be back for my next purchase!
- EFErnest Farmer4 days ago5.0The service department was. Eccellent! I do have a concern with some Ford quality and design issues. I have owned a few Ford SUVs since 1996. I have a couple of complaints. 1) after about 7 years of normal maintenance, the paint on the hood begins to flake off. This happened on my 2001 Expedition, and my 2017 Explorer Ford has offered no redress for this reoccurring issue . 2) My 2017 Explorer has 75000 miles and the tailpipe has developed an exhausts leak, by comparison, my 2013 Genesis 3.8 ( both purchased new), is 4 years older with 90000 miles and no exhaust leak, hopefully Ford will consider addressing these issues.

I dropped off my SUV for an oil change, tire rotation and mentioned how I'm having trouble with my phone texting not popping up on screen. Frank went out of his way to even check his phone on my vehical and it worked. I was given a ride home so I could wait comfortably. Then, they surprised me by offering to bring my SUV back to my house. Cherry on top it was washed. This will definitely be the only place where I get my SUV serviced!

They meet and greet you at the door to make sure someone is taking care of your questions and request. This week I purchased my Second Bronco Sport and I love it. I looked up all the cars available what features I needed and made an appointment with the person who I spoke to over the phone. They had several year end special incentives which were also inviting. I saved on what is known as a trade-in tax credit. Because I keep going back to the same dealership, I get the taxes back from my last purchase and the credit is applied to my new car. Who knew? I also had the same Credit Manager as before and they quoted one price for interest and when we were through he was still calling around to see if he could get me a better rate and he did. They work hard at making you happy and I appreciate each and every time. I recommend the highly.
