I would strongly recommend Fair Oaks Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I was able to combine 3 separate service jobs in one day. They then shuttled me home and brought my vehicle back to me. This is an absolute first. Trevor my service advisor was friendly and helpful. Through emails Jennifer set all this up for me and did an amazing job. Overall I was very impressed.

He was highly knowledgeable of the vehicles we were looking at. We felt absolutely no pressure on picking one car over another or to even make a decision that day. He was amazing!! Bob gave us some great laughs. Moe made us feel right at home. Erik was very helpful in answering some finance questions. One of the absolute best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. It could not have gone any smoother. I highly recommend!!! I would give them 100 stars if I could.
