    Just like any other location, pretty fast services considering it’s a Monday I assume a lot of customers would be renting and returning We did ask for a EV three weeks ago, unfortunately they were not able to reserve one lol just told us it is very limited… Once we got there, we were told they do have an EV available for rental, as it turn out it was in the rt.59 location but later told us it just rented out lol Was told, EV is not very popular and three nearby location share one... I thought enterprise is able to pick you up or drop off the car to customers but I guess not this location…

    The Enterprise in Naperville on Ogden (a few blocks west of Naper Blvd) is the best car rental experience I've ever had!!! So kind, the team smiled and the hustled so customers weren't waiting long. This will be the only location I rent cars from locally. I was loyal to the Avis inside the Hyatt hotel in Lisle but have had terrible experiences recently, from waiting over an hour for a car, to all cars smelling and not being cleaned, to having a reservation and they didn't have a car for me. When I asked her to check another location, she said "not my problem". This Enterprise location was the complete opposite, I can't say enough great things. I highly recommend them and the extremely kind people that work here :)
