  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION: I recently returned some items that I paid for with cash. However, I was not refunded with cash upon my request. I was told by the store manager told that the reason why he would not refund me via cash was due to their location not keeping enough cash in their registers. However, I do not believe his reasoning because the total of my refund was less than $60. Moreover, an employee at one of Advance Auto Part’s sister stores made me aware a few months ago (for a separate transaction) that the reason why a manager might not refund a person with cash is to make sure it doesn’t affect their store. Which is a terrible thing to do because if a customer promptly pays with legal tender on the initial transaction, they should be promptly refunded with legal tender. So, Bill the manager lied to me. This was highly inconvenient and I feel this was done out of spite to hinder me since I was returning unopened items that I didn’t even use. Items that he can quickly, and conveniently put back out on the shelf to sell to another customer. I know Bill, the manager, is capable of rendering better customer service than that; and he has rendered good customer service before. However, his decision today has cause me to no longer trust this location with my automotive needs. This will be my last time visiting his location and it really puts a bad taste in my mouth regarding Advance Auto Parts as a whole.

  I was in need of a new car battery yesterday, and this was the 4th place I called and the only place that said they could help me. Bill took my call yesterday afternoon, and was at the store when I came in the evening. He was kind, helpful, and changed my car battery in the cold and falling snow. I was very grateful to have gotten help yesterday after a stressful morning of my car not starting and needing roadside assistance. I spent the afternoon at work looking up car batteries and places I could purchase and have installed. I started with the closest auto stores to my home, one being the Autozone north on the street which is 3 minutes from my home. They told me they could not change it in this weather, and said they didn’t know if they could the next day either.. clearly it can be done in this weather, even if it isn’t ideal. Bill’s assistance took a lot of worry off my plate. This Advance Auto Parts location is where I will return should I need any other assistance. Thank you!

  I was at store # 03957 on 1767 west Ogden Ave. 151 with Bill & Mark and they were very nice and helpful because I needed help with installing my new light bulbs and they were able to help install my new light bulbs. Thank you so much Bill & Mark!

  Mark was super knowledgeable. He changed my battery out in no time, and was extremely informative and helpful throughout the whole process

  I just stopped at Advance Auto parts to pick up new wiper blades. The cashier had short gray hair and glasses and was very respectful, friendly, and helpful. The worker was even nice enough to put on my wiper blades onto my car! Amazing work ethics!
