  We experienced an unacceptable level of service from this car rental company. For the second day in a row, the vehicle we had confirmed and booked was given away to another customer, forcing us to reschedule yet again. The company insists on an exact pickup time with no time window or flexibility. We called to confirm our arrival just 1.5 hours after the scheduled time, only to be told that the vehicle was already gone. Despite our booking being secured through our insurance, the company refused to wait even a couple of hours for us. This repeated failure to honor reservations, combined with an inflexible and unaccommodating policy, demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and reliability. We strongly discourage anyone from relying on this company for essential transportation needs.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. I reserved a premium 7-seat premium crossover, but when I arrived they tried to give me a Mazda, which they claimed was a 7-seater. In reality, the third row is basically unusable — no adult or kids can actually sit back there. I politely asked if they had another vehicle that actually fits seven passengers. The employee told me they had nothing else. When I looked at the Mazda and pointed out that no one could realistically sit in the back, I asked him if he himself could sit there. For some reason he took that as “rudeness” and said he would not rent me a car at all. To make it worse, this person turned out to be the manager of the branch. I still don’t understand what was rude about asking a simple and reasonable question. Instead of helping solve the issue, he refused to rent me a vehicle altogether. When I asked if I could rent a car from another Enterprise location, he basically told me to go away and even contacted another location to make sure they wouldn’t rent me a car either. This is unbelievably unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. How does Enterprise allow managers like this to treat customers? Because of employees like this, I will never use Enterprise again.
