Safelite and the tech (Justin) communicated very clearly with me- including sending me the techs name and picture before he arrived at my home. Justin was extremely polite and efficient. He explained everything very thoroughly and left everything clean. The whole process took only about 45 minutes. It was very easy and stress-free!
