- AAAnnaNov 15, 20251.0I didn't want to go this route, but this is my last effort before filing a report and possibly taking legal action. I had my windshield replaced by them, as I have a few times. I've always had a great experience with them, both in terms of service and customer care. This time when I got home, I saw that a piece of trim was missing from the side of my windshield. I don't know if it somehow flew off while I was driving or what, because I didn't notice it missing as I left. I went back and told them, and they apologized and said they would take care of it. I actually spoke to the guy who serviced my car, and he was very nice. I waited a few days, and didn't hear anything, so i called again. You can't easily call the shop directly, so I talked to customer service. They said that the part had been ordered, and that an appointment had been scheduled, but I was never notified of any of that. I couldn't do the time they "scheduled" so customer service changed it for me. The shop called me on the day of the rescheduled appointment and said that they had ordered the wrong part. I asked if they knew what part to order, and they said they didn't. I told them the right one, and, 5 weeks and 14 phone calls to customer service and the shop (I finally got their number after so many phone calls and asking for a manager) later, nothing. No call, no update, no nothing. This was their mistake, not mine. They need to fix it. It's a reasonable expectation. My sole purpose in writing this review is to hopefully get in contact with someone who will actually take care of this, so I don't have to take legal action.
