  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Discount Tire thanks to Kyris and his outstanding management. From the moment I walked in, Kyris was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure customers were taken care of properly. He took the time to clearly explain the work that needed to be done, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure there were no surprises with pricing or timing. What really stood out was his customer service and leadership. When I came in on the weekend, the shop was busy, but Kyris kept everything organized and running smoothly while still making customers feel valued. It’s clear he cares about both the quality of the work and the overall customer experience. Honest, efficient, and respectful service like this is hard to find. I highly recommend this location and truly appreciate Kyris for going above and beyond to make the visit stress-free.

  Val (Assistant Manager) made my experience with Mavis Service Center at 3242 Route 60 West in Mundelein, IL very pleasant, and stress free. Val was very nice, pelite, informative and provided to me a cost effective service (Installation of two tires which I purchased someplace else). It was a walk in visit Due to other already scheduled appointments, I left my two wheels for later service. To my surprise, I received a phone call from Val in about two hours informing me that the new tires have been installed and the wheels are ready for pickup. It was a second time in last 4 months that I needed to have job done on my tires - in both instances the work was done at this Mavis location leaving me with very good feeling and trusting this business/staff working on my car Good job Val and thank you

  FANTASTIC!! I was running late due to my own mix up and called and Kyris was very understanding and accommodating. I was running later then I said and they were still able to help me. Ryan was the gentleman that did the work and was about to go on lunch but stayed even though I was late to get my tires done. He even got the sensors correct! They were not correct from the last time the tires were changed. They were both very nice and accommodating. Would 100% recommend

  This company is very helpful, I stopped in and dropped off my tire, they will call me once they have patched it and put it back on my Van, Thank you so much!

  I've been here numerous times even going back to when it was NTB. A number of tire changes, oil changes, brakes, etc. I have a natural distrust for any shop involved with cars but these guys have always been fair and honest and sometimes offer spot deals. For sure I wouldn't buy tires anywhere but here. It isn't a fast shop even with an appointment but that is ok, a Home Depot right next door I can spend 2 hours in. They have slimmed down some of the services (i.e., they wouldn't do crankcase oil change last time I asked) but I respect that they stick to what they are good at given the multitude of random car models that come in.
