- CFCharles FranciscoFeb 14, 20261.0Shower number 3 was full of what looked like green algae and black mold. I have never seen green grout lines between tiles before, the entire shower was like that except for the areas covered in mold.
- MMMaylonJan 17, 20261.0We had a long-haul driver stop here to use a shower earlier today in 20 degree weather. The shower had no shower gel in it, so the driver had to get dressed and step out and ask for shower gel. They denied the driver shower gel. The guy working there with tattoos on his face started raising his voice at our driver, threatening to take our driver out back and fight him physically. We've reached out to corporate over this, hopefully will get a resolution of some sort. This is no way to treat the truck drivers that keep Pilot going. This location is usually very spotty with its cleaning, and we've been steering our drivers to the Love's nearby. Hope they get their issues fixed or they'll lose the market here.

I asked them many times if they’re willing to put milk there so customers who like milk in their coffee can appreciate it. I don’t like half and half.
- SWStephen WaltonDec 24, 20252.0Definitely pay attention to your pumps here. They have several E15 only pumps. Millions of vehicles, including mine, can’t even run this much ethanol. The pumps are not clearly marked until you pull up to the button. When I got to a pump with normal gas, it was a pain to get it to work at all. And when it did, the gas price instantly shot up 5¢ after accepting my card. Frustrating and misleading overall experience.
