- PBPeter BeleyApr 23, 20264.0I was just at Just Tires, Mt. Prospect for a 3-year alignment on my Ford Transit Connect. While I appreciate the alignment results, I am very disappointed to find that the technician left my steering rack-and-pinion boot in a severe torsional bind after adjusting the toe. As you can see in the attached photo, the boot was twisted so tightly it would have torn within days. I have corrected the boot myself. Since I have a 3-year plan, I expect better quality control on my future visits.

I called to ask if there was availability for an alignment and tire rotation since the car I was in was in no good shape to drive and needed something close by for safety. I Fabian answered the phone and was very polite and helpful; he also took care of us when we got there. The job gone down fairly quick and what a difference it made. I will trust Just tires for a future alignment. What we liked the most is that we were 2 women and we didn't feel we were taken advantage of in pricing or extra services as is usually for women (if you know you know) in this type of cases. So yeah, I will highly recommend Just tires to Anyone.
