- DSDanny SarloApr 21, 20262.0Would surely have given 0 stars if possible. When calling the general CS# never answered. Next issue. Signed a contract on 10/27/25 with your tow company NSD. It allowed up to 3 tows. No expiration was filled in it was blank. Because of the crappy unit I needed to be towed twice. 1st one no problems. 2nd one was told I'd have to pay out of pocket. We were told some BS by a woman named Lynette we would get the$105 credit. Part 2. Wasn't finished. Lynette was in "escalation"dept. Whatever that is. We're told a few days later request denied. NSD towing rep just as bad as Intoxalock. The ONLY reason 2 stars were given was because of Daniel in CS. He was outstanding in taking care of all my issues. Left voice mails & calls were returned within 24 hours. VERY HELPFUL. I bugged him alot. Thanks again Daniel. I will give them props for one aspect of their company. They are ALWAYS on time when your auto payment is due. Maybe answer your phones in the same timely manner. Like Daniel did.
