The first time I went was on a whim out of urgency and it was such a relaxed experience that I came back. They do NOT try to scare you into paying for things you don’t need immediately (unlike some competitors that rhyme with Whiffy Boob…), they are so nice at this location and attentive. The prices are incredibly reasonable, there is always a coupon online, I can’t say enough about how happy I am to have found a good place for car maintenance.
- SSSDec 18, 20251.0Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I went here for a full-service oil change, and on the first day they checked my battery as part of that service. After this shop checked my battery, multiple warning lights came on (including the check engine and stability control lights). When I brought this to their attention, they refused to address it, despite having said earlier that they would work on the vehicle. There was no clear explanation, no accountability, and no follow-through. The next day, my battery completely died while I was driving. I took the car to a competent, experienced mechanic, and the very first thing they noticed when opening the hood was that the air intake housing/tube had been left completely disconnected. This was immediately visible and clearly not something that should have been overlooked. I understand that issues can happen, but communication and responsibility matter. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting this shop with my vehicle again, and I would not recommend them to others either.
