  Don't know if this is the right department. But right now I don't care. The entire company suffers from poor service. Talked to someone called Laura. Promised to call back on Friday. She didn't.They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Then call them on Monday. Talked to the same person. After 15 minutes of conversation. Said she will check with her boss call me back. Oh you can guess if she called. This company has no respect for their customers. I will be sending out to everyone I know to never use this company.

  Best truck rental experience. Facility is well run. Office staff is extremely polite and friendly. Bernard helped us with our rental of a 15 foot truck to move an apartment's furniture on a Saturday morning. The office was open on time and all charges were as listed on our online reservation (very fair prices!).The truck itself was clean and operated easily. We have had plenty of truck rental experiences in our lifetime, and this one stood out for the quality of the staff and equipment. We read that other truck rental companies promise and don't deliver, or make you drive many miles away at the last minute. Not so for Enterprise--the truck was waiting for us. Someone called us from Enterprise the day before to confirm the truck we had reserved online. Plenty of parking for your car while you use the truck--it's on the end of a shopping center with a Kohls, True Value Hardware and Jimmy Johns. There is a gas station right across the street to refill the tank before you return. My only concern was that they are only open 9-12 on Saturday mornings, so we felt we had to rush to get the truck back as fast as possible, wanting to have the truck personally checked. You can apparently drop it off after these hours and send them an email, but it won't be checked over until they are open on Monday--we didn't want to risk having something happen to it so we didn't do that. I would never hesitate to rent from Enterprise again!

  I had a good truck rental experience here. I would recommend doing business with them. Prices were fair and decent.
