- CCcherubim31Apr 22, 20261.0Worst Rental experiences of a LIFETIME! Absolute joke of a “Branch”. Terribly dirty, high mileage, extremely sub par vehicles. Customer service, all the way from local branch to corporate offer empty promises they don’t deliver on, then tell you there’s nothing more they can do for you. This entire company, if not the entire industry since COVID, has become an utter and absolute FAILURE!! I’ve gotten extremely dirty cars, one that had leaking windows, another that had obvious suspension issues, and plenty with extremely bad odors. Use this company as your LAST RESORT ONLY!!! What the heck has happened to our economy?!? The motto is simply…”what else is there?”…SAD!!
