- AManthony MartinApr 1, 20261.0If I can give 0 stars believe it.... told 1 hour on the phone took over 3 hours in person. Technicians actually broke my latch to my tailgate and tape it closed and actually was not going to say anything. TAPE lasted 3miles before my tailgate flew open on the tollway and I had to drive it into a mechanic shop and purchase a rental in the mean time. Overall huge set back time and financially. Thank you safelite. I have video proof of their care to vehicle and they argued the facts. WATCH out if you pay for premium service they are not replacing your REAR Wipers at all so why shell out the extra money for a non complete service package. Promised water tight sealing but got a unclosable tailgate hahaha make that make sense. Thanks for the read hope you stay aware of your vehicle handling threw out your process. Other location might be better 🤷🏽‍♂️

I took my car to get the windshield replaced and came back to damaged interior and hood damage. They also couldn’t even calibrate the camera after and told me that usually they can but for some reason it isn’t working. They also wanted me to get oem glass which they said would cost more. How are you going to advertise something and try to do a bait and switch. Worker had a very rude attitude they don’t care at all.
