  Life safety issue with sidewall of tire. Enterprise said swap it out in Gainesville Florida. Wild goose chase. No car. They called locally to repair the tire. No bueno. Easter Sunday. Enterprise said we have a car for you in Athens Georgia. Pick it up tomorrow at 11 am. Mindy the "manager" at moriss didn't call me back after 5 calls. Andrew site manager said he was gonna eat the extra day. Nope. Stayed in hotel in Athens Tennessee overnight awaiting a car swap out available at 11 am. Hot dog size side wall bubble. Manager in Athens Tennessee said don't worry enterprise will cover the hotel. And for me to talk to the manager when I returned it. Nope. Zero credibility with these folks.

  Got to the location after minting a rental in advance just for them to not have a vehicle for me on the day I leave for my trip

  Booked a rental months in advance just to get To the Morris location and find out they have no vehicle for me. Completely unprofessional

  I received a Mitsubishi something, a p.o.s.! All the dash lights on! Went from a Chevy traverse to a roller skate! Awful!

  I Have used the Morris location multiple times and have always had a great experience. Recently needed a rental and my local enterprise had nothing available. I went to the Morris location and Andrew had me in a car that afternoon. Andrew was able to answer all the questions I had for this insurance paid rental car and continued to check in with me until my rental service was completed.
