I had to drive another 35 minutes after the Manager already confirmed with Shorewood that they can do my coolant change so I arrived there just for them to tell me that they can’t do my coolant change. They just sent me all around the map with fuel prices as high as they are took time away from work and my family to get this done just for them to rudely send me off so whoever the out of shape guy was working at the front desk should be fired. He had zero customer service skills. I will never go here or recommend anyone to go here.
