They cleaned off my windows which I've never had before - that was nice! They informed me of anything that needed to be done to my car and the price for the oil change. I waited patiently, and left thinking "that was a good experience." Fast forward to this afternoon, 10/21/25, when I'm leaving work, I had an oil light pop up on my dashboard, so I checked the level. It was so low that there was barely even a drop of oil on the tip of the dipstick... I went to the closest Jiffy Lube to my work location (thanks Lemont!!!) and lo and behold my car was 1.5 QUARTS LOW(!!!!) with no leak detected and the plug and filter were secure. This is beyond unacceptable. To anyone thinking of going to this location, make sure you get a chance to check the dipstick before you leave... but I'd personally advise you go elsewhere. According to my receipt, "Quality Inspection" was done by S. Dennis, "CSA" was Cheryl E., "Lower Bay" was Damond W., "TL" was Stacy D., "Upper Bay" was Ivan O., and "Courtesy" was Chris C. To whomever was the one to fill my car with oil, you missed some.
