  I set a 1:00 appointment and bought the tires online. It said the tires were in stock at the store, when I got there to drop the car off they said the tires where going to get delivered soon. Three hours later I am looking at the car on the lift. So much for an appointment.

  Shoutout to Brett, Jason, and all the guys in the back! Absolutely top notch service. Came in for new tires. Helped and explained things with me! Took the time and made sure things were 100% before I left! Will be coming back when I need more tires! Thanks again for all the help!

  Buying tires is not the most exciting thing I have ever done BUT I had such a great experience at the Belle Tires in Montgomery, il, that I just had to share. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was very friendly. Jason (I believe that is his name), helped me through the entire process. My tires needed to be ordered but as soon as they came on, Jason followed up with me. When I brought my car in to get the tires installed, everyone was super friendly and very helpful again. I will recommend everyone I know to this Belle tires. So very professional! I really don't think I have ever received better service from any other establishment. I am happy to spend my hard earned money here!

  I brought my father-in-law’s vehicle to Belle Tire after having ongoing issues getting it to start because that is where he had purchased and had the battery installed. I suspected it was the alternator or starter, but Jason took the time to run a full diagnostic test and quickly pinpointed the problem — the battery had lost its ability to hold a charge from sitting too long without being driven. Even though the shop was extremely busy and originally said they couldn’t get to it until the next day, once I explained the situation, Jason had someone pull the car back and start figuring out the issue. Within 20 minutes, they had tested the system, explained the issue clearly to me, and were already replacing the battery — all under warranty since it was still within the 30-month coverage window. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He even took the time to recommend using a low-amp trickle charger to prevent future battery issues since the vehicle isn’t driven often. It’s rare these days to find a shop that values customer service and integrity the way Belle Tire does. This was the first time here, and I’ll absolutely be back for any future tire or battery needs. Highly recommend this location!
