  I try to give grace to places that are busy like this, but I cannot believe the indifference. Called ahead to take it in a 4:30 on a Friday. Takes a look for 10 min and said they need a full day to fully check exhaust. I set an appointment for Tuesday and arrange a ride. Drop it off and got a call asking what needed done, even though I set an appt Friday. I explained and they said only one mechanic in probably can't get to it and didn't. I give them one more shot the day after, get call at 2:30 and their fix is remove the heat shield... when another place said gaskets at wide pipe were rusted out. Come at 5 and they didn't even take the heat shield off in 2.5 hours? Took it back and never taking it back here. No care for your time or vehicle.

  Made an appointment with a description of what I needed to have looked at. Arrived for set appointment. “We actually don’t have a mechanic anymore.” Apparently I booked through a call center. Okay, but when you saw the appointment on your schedule, you MAYBE SHOULD HAVE CALLED. The guy was nice, but oblivious. Why are you open to booking appointments for things you can’t do? Had to cancel a ride share last minute (which they obviously charge for). Missed work. Extremely frustrated.

  I struggled leaving a review as I had been coming here for years. On Saturday about 3 pm I arrived and parked by the end big garage door. When exiting my vehicle I could smell marijuana being smoked. I walked to the front door and went inside where I hear 2 guys Travis and a guy I think they called hamster discussing a younger tech had messed up diagnoses on a guys jeep. They were trying to help customers and fix this guys mess. Up I looked thru the glass goor and seen the tech they were talking about in the shop by the end door smoking a glass pipe . I now know where the weed smell came from with that I decided to leave and go to firestone

  Price gouging! They get the lowest priced part from autozone and sell it to you for almost 4 times actual cost! What i say is easily proven by checking autozone price and comparing it to there estimate!

  They swapped out my flat for my spare for me and got me my new tire the very next day. Trevis was very kind and professional! I will definitely be coming back next time I have issues with the car
