- ABAdam BeardsleyDec 29, 20251.0Very disappointed in my experience. Had to get a rental due to my car being in the shop. Insurance covered $40 a day. I opted for an SUV and was told it would be $4 out of pocket a day. I was happy to pay the extra as I wanted an SUV. They take you out to inspect the vehicle and expect you to pay while standing in the cold. I knew there was fine print on the tablet that I had to sign, but when its10 degrees out and wind blowing I trusted the representative. Now the crappy part... Insurance and I paid for 3 days. on days 2 the insurance company extended my rental for another 2 weeks. On day 11 I was contacted by Enterprise to pay my out of pocket till the rental was to be returned. $4 dollars a day.. this wont be bad at all right?? I was given an amount to pay that seemed absurd. I started asking questions and was given excuses and 4 different amounts to pay.. Long story short I paid $141 out of pocket and will never do business with them ever again. There is obviously tax which I will gladly pay, but also other charges which they "forgot" to mention. Over $8 a day. I know that is not much to some. When a representative tells you $4 and it doubles on you it strike a nerve. They had the $40 a day from insurance but couldn't wait to get my charges. I figured I'd settle up the "$4" a day when I turned it in... Guess not..
