- OOOMar 20, 20261.0Despite having a CONFIRMED reservation, i was told there was no cars, and to wait around until they close and see if I get lucky with a car coming in. (About an hour wait, ontop of the 30 minute wait just to be seen) It was a busy Friday afternoon, and they rushed me out the door without helping. I did end up waiting, since i was planning on driving on of the cars home and was currently stranded there. This place was an hour from my home, so I had to get an expensive uber ride home after no cars came back. Thanks for all the help guys

Each member of the team was friendly, kind and professional. They were experiencing a busy week due to recent local tornadoes but tried their best to help those in need. Special shout out to Jake, a hardworking and wonderful representative.

Received the car dirty, after waiting for it after they said it was cleaned. Horrible. And gave it to me with only 15 miles of gas!!! I thought you said it was getting filled and cleaned. Neither!!! And I returned it with more gas than given to me. The kid who gave it to me was extremely unprofessional! I couldn’t handle it. Condescending and extremely unprofessional. There was even a used condom and used needle the car in the vehicle. The steering wheel was gooey. This must be a public health safety hazard. Avoid this location at all costs.
