    Since I've been a member of this branch for the past 5 years, I feel I have always been received well and have had easy and efficient check in and check outs. The app has also been a great tool to use when booking my rentals. Overall, happy customer!

    Staff seemed friendly. Luke who helped me was great and made me land on a car that worked great for the trip. I was in and out of the store quickly for both pick up and return, and Luke was very kind and patient in answering any questions I had in renting a car

    I rented a car twice via my employer over the past few months. The first occasion (confirm #1681236456), they went to the wrong house to pick me up and was about 45 minutes late with a reservation. This resulted in my receiving one of the last cars on the lot. The car was absolutely disgusting. It reeked of smoke and the interior was covered in black grease, including the interior ceiling. As a business, how do you assign a car in that condition? The second occasion (confirm #1686143987) I waited almost an hour for service with a reservation. After receiving the car, I put gas in it ($23.54) and drove home (8 minute drive). In the morning, the dashboard up like a Christmas tree with warnings. I called the store and told them to pick up the car. I had to make last minute arrangements and was late for an important meeting as a result. I called two more times seeking reimbursement for the gas money I spent just the drive the car 8 minutes. Meanwhile, the store did not seem concerned at all. It has been almost two months and I still have not received my $23.54 spent my my personal credit card. Two horrible experiences back to back with this location. Never again! KB
