As a business that relies on customers to keep them afloat, you’d think the staff would lead with customer service and kindness. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. The “branch manager,” Jake, appears to have landed in his role by default rather than merit. His aggressive and hostile demeanor is frightening for someone entrusted with managing a team and customers’ sensitive information. As a Director of Sales in a large healthcare organization, I know firsthand how critical it is to treat people with respect and be a problem-solver to earn trust and loyalty. It’s obvious those skills are not practiced at this location. Needless to say, neither this location—nor Enterprise as a whole—will ever receive my business.
