    This specific Enterprise is BY FAR the BEST Enterprise I've been to. Upon arriving to the location a rep came to open the door and greet me. I was immediately helped by more than one very helpful rep. Quick in and out. I will only be using THIS Enterprise from now on if I can help it. Send all Enterprise employees to this location for training.

    I always use Enterprise, but I may have to revisit my loyalty after this experience. There is a severely consequential breakdown in communication between local districts and corporate office. I came down for the holidays, called the local number to reserve a car, get to the office and I’m told that as an out of state license holder I have to present TWO forms of PICTURE ID in addition to my credit card…WHET? First of all, who carries around 2 picture IDs, isn’t that illegal? Second, not everyone has a Sam’s or Costco card (since that’s what was suggested for the 2nd picture ID). Lastly and DEFINITELY most important, if the risk management team is going to make these sort of restrictions they need to make absolutely sure the national reservations desk is well aware of this. This visit caused unnecessary anxiety on top of the holiday rush.
