I was first to walk through the door at 8am only to be the last to be taking care of. After waiting 1 1/2 to get my tire looked at they told me nothing was wrong with the tire in question okay fine. all good right? nope! I get the vehichle home and notice that my valve stem caps are missing that I had purchased from Honda, they were alloy caps. when I called the store to ask where my caps were the manager said the tach told him that the caps that were on the vehicle when the vehicle was brought in were plastic which isn't true. When I argued that statement I was hung up on, so I guess I'm out the $15 I spent on them because of a guy who doesn't want to admit that he messed up. I will never step foot through that door again.
