This morning I called Advance Auto in Mokena and spoke with Mr. David. I had no idea what coolant to purchase or where to put it once purchased. Mr. David was soooo nice. He told me to bring my car manual in and we would figure it out. Once I arrived, Mr. David had already looked up which coolants would work best with my car. He asked to see my car manual to verify it was correct. After that, Mr. David came outside in the cold to check my coolant level and to make sure I knew where to put it. These days it's hard to find great customer service at different businesses. Thank you so much to Mr. David for your help and professionalism. You really went above and beyond!
