He takes me to the back and says I can’t tell you what size you need but here’s the tools..He could’ve easily looked up the size on the computer chose not to then asked me when I started walking out the store. Dis I find what I needed? I said no cause you were no help He said you should know what size you need rude unprofessional shouldn’t be working at a store like that if you have a problem helping people

Called to get curbside pickup or ask about getting my pickup day extended, since it will be canceled tomorrow if it is not picked up, and no answer. Customer service online was no help. They said to call the store and that my order will be canceled tomorrow. Even though it is not my fault that I can’t pick up my order. Terrible experience.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
