- LTLee Troyer4 days ago1.0Trash company. They ripped me off $75 twice on two different lockouts. I did nothing to cause these lockouts. I got in my car pushed the button on the device. It read Sync 4 times for five minutes a piece with a total of 20 minutes. Called customer service and they were no help with their device. I firmly believe they put random lockouts on just to charge the customer extra money. Please do not use this company. There are two other companies that offer this service in Illinois. I’m having to jump through hoops to have this company removed from my vehicle so I can switch to a better company. It’s also pretty much impossible to understand anyone from their customer service. They all have a thick Indian accent making it almost impossible to communicate with them.
