Horrendous experience. Went to first time because of the good reviews. Mistake.
First guy, nice enough but clearly didn’t know what he was doing. Finally wrapped up, hadn’t reset oil maintenance display, and now the check engine light is on and engine isn’t running normally. He was it’s going to be $165 or something. I said, ok, but I’m not paying until the check engine light is off. He looks like a deer in headlights, no idea what to do. Says he’s going to get a colleague. That guy tells him to run a diagnostics test. He didn’t know how to do that either, and said nothing is wrong with the car. I said, again, ok, that’s good but the check engine light is on and I’m not paying or leaving while that is the case. Other guy comes over to assess and basically said I should take it to a mechanic and they needed to get me out of the way. I said absolutely not, not leaving with my check engine light on, I asked to speak to a manager. He says to me, “I’m about as good as you’re going to get right now, and there’s nothing else we can do.” To which I said, ok, I’ll call corporate. He then tried to see what was wrong and again said I need to take it to a mechanic and get out of there. I again say I’m not moving and going to call corporate. Finally the manager walks in, they tell him what’s going on, he looks, finds something that was disconnected, connected it, check engine light goes off.
Manager took 50% off for my trouble so that took the sting out a little but man, what a bad experience. Avoid this place.
