  Go in to return a heater core that I didn’t end up using, side by side comparison with my old one and I it’s not the same, also turns out I didn’t even need a new one I digress. Their system said it would fit my car so I’m not mad I just go back to return it after and the girl took one glance at it and said it was used I can’t return it. Used? Heater core that’s dry as a whistle that was purchased same store lol smh I returned it that same night at a diff location. Don’t come here

  This store is a 20-minute drive it of the way from the closest location to my place, but I decided to check it out after seeing online that they had everything I needed and my local store did not. However, I’m always cautious about what’s advertised online, so I called ahead to confirm that they had the items I needed. I provided the part numbers, and the person on the phone put me on hold. She returned and informed me that they did have all the parts in stock. I asked if she could hold them up front, and she said they would. When I arrived at the store, I was disappointed to find that the items I had checked for were not available. In fact, about half of the items I had inquired about were out of stock. If I had known that they didn’t have everything I needed, I would have gone to a different location.

  Hi! I just wanted to thank Giselle and Oswaldo for helping me so much over the phone and in person. Got here just before closing but they handled everything swiftly and efficiently! Got me all set up with a driver side mirror (mine shockingly fell off and shattered) and even a headlight replaced bulb for my friends car who I borrowed to get here. Also to the gentleman on the phone at my closer AutoZone who is the one who actually was so helpful in directing me to this AutoZone and figured out that they had it in stock right away. Many thanks!
