    Second time going to Strickland Brothers and they're great - efficient, helped me figure out to get all the warning lights off after the tire pressure and oil was changed etc. Cool guys!

    The staff were friendly, and the service was exactly what I wanted. I don't know the name of the employee who greeted me and handled checkout, initials on the receipt are EDB, but he was very helpful and pleasant. Price here is comparable to others in the area, but some of the other oil change service providers in the area either have rude employees or try to push a ton of add-on services. I like that Strickland Brothers was friendly and to the point. Service time was reasonable as well. We will definitely come back for future oil changes at the McHenry location.

    I just went there for an oil change . When I left I was going to write a review when a 25$ off coupon came up. I just left there. No one told me a coupon was even available. I called to see if they would still honor it ( since it’s Christmas an all) but the guy was so mean! He said to late! Nothing I can do now! Too bad. First time there. Won’t be back. I’m in customer service and this wasent a good experience.
