    We were charged 280 for 3 days! What a joke. Thy charge almost 40 bucks per day for a xtra drivers and do not tell you shit. Been using enterprise for 10 years. Andy has always helped but it’s ridiculous NOT to let people know the extra charge.

    A little confusion to begin with but we straightened it out. Truck had a slow leak in the passenger rear tire and the very next morning after picking it up, the tire was completely flat. Fortunately, I had a compressor in the garage and inflated the tire but every morning I had to add two or three pounds

    I had booked a mini van on line, received the confirmation. When I arrived to pick it up, the man said they left a voicemail indicating that it has to going the shop. I checked my voicemail and the only one I had from them was confirming my reservation. They had nothing that seated 7 people and room for 5 suitcases. This rental is for a trip for my daughter's wedding... So I am in frantic mode. I was able to find a minivan available in Crystal Lake. So, I had to wait in McHenry for a ride to take me to Crystal Lake. With all this, I was scheduled to leave in a few hours for the trip.
