We had a cut sidewall and a gash in the other tire and Carvana didn’t want to fix it! Shawn fought to get them replaced and was very concerned about our safety. They really went to bat for us here, told us step by step about every part of this process. And I honestly can’t tell you the last time I’ve been to a shop that really cared about our experience and making sure we were driving safely. It’s always like “I don’t care who pays, but nothing we’ll happen until someone does.” That wasn’t the case here. Carvana delivered the car like this, they need to cover it- and this team made sure that happened. Thank you so much!!!
