I had to drive back and show Will, he tried to get them on but they just didn’t fit right. Will was nice enough to exchange them for the correct ones and even went outside in the cold and rain to put them on for me. A huge thank you to Will for all your help!!!!!

Recently I went to purchase replacement pads for a vehicle I have been buying parts for since 2013 and was told I had no warranty on the pads. I am thankful that the regional manager knew how to look up past purchases because the Manager in the McHenry store had No idea how to handle it properly and basically accused me of trying to get free parts

Regardless he was very knowledgeable. And he was very polite. I certainly will bring back my car for any other thing that can be done here.
- JKJames KilrainNov 12, 20255.0Okay,I have a 2014 Honda Accord.As it is a second hand car and I did not know how old the battery was ,I took it here for testing.It was 4 years old and unfortunately bad.Guess 4 years is the normal life for a car battery.Anyhow,Chris install a new Duralast battery.Bonus,it seems to run better,good,as cold weather will soon be here.

So I looked up Auto Zone locations and chose this one close to me. I have had nothing but great experiences with Auto Zone. Their prices are fair, their inventory large, and their service people are great. At this location they even went out of their way to help me install the new wipers. It was not easy as the old wipers were hard to remove. I would’ve broken the whole blade off doing it myself. A big thank you to the young gentleman that assisted me!
