I placed the order at 11am 1pm comes around and nothing, I call the store to inquire about it guy says “we just got the order give me 10 min to find it” I’m sitting around all day waiting for the confirmation email which I didn’t get till 9am the next day. So much for ready in 30 min.

I've waited for 2 weeks, gone there at least 6 times. Finally today I received my credit, which I used to buy oil. I will not be using Advance Auto parts again. There are many other auto parts stores in my area which I will use. There is nothing Advance has to offer me to use to Advance Auto again.
