  “Where My Car Got More Attention Than I Did on My Birthday” I rolled into Valvoline expecting a normal oil change — you know, the kind where you sit there awkwardly pretending to understand what viscosity means. Instead, these folks greeted me like I had just arrived with a celebrity guest. I half expected someone to roll out a red carpet for my 2012 “still holding on for dear life” sedan. Before I could even put it in park, three techs appeared like they were spawned in from a cheat code. One popped the hood, one checked the tires, and the third looked at me with the gentle concern of a doctor about to deliver bad news. Then came the moment every Valvoline customer knows too well: “Sir… your oil filter looks like it’s been through a custody battle.” I nodded like I understood. I did not. They checked everything — oil, coolant, wiper fluid, tire pressure, my credit score (probably), and the emotional stability of my battery. When they pulled the dipstick, they gave me that look. You know the one. The “Sir, this oil is basically coffee at this point” look. The whole process was so fast and coordinated I’m convinced they train with NASCAR pit crews on weekends. I blinked twice and suddenly my car was healthier than I am. When they were done, my engine was purring like it had just come back from a spa retreat. Meanwhile, I’m sitting there wondering if I should tip them or propose marriage. 5 stars. Would absolutely let them judge my car again. Would trust them with my vehicle, my future, and possibly my taxes. Valvoline Instant Oil Change: Where your car gets pampered, and you get to sit there pretending you know what 5W‑20 means.

  Gavin did an excellent job of explaining everything to me. Great fast service. I will be going back and recommending Valvoline to my friends and family. The price was also cost efficient and I saved so much time

  Quick, knowledgeable, and respectful! Micah, my CSR, double checked and recommended some services, and even though I declined those additional services and a cabin filter check he remained respectful and made sure I was informed on their purposes. Evan, the topside guy under my hood, was still learning, but efficient nonetheless and didn't leave a drop of oil before adding the perfect amount of Maxlife. And I can't forget to mention the guy under the car, Nash, I heard him have confidence in his coworkers ability to do their jobs while being pulled in, love to hear it!
