After bringing up how long it had taken and the fact two vehicles that arrived after me were serviced first; I was given 0 discount and an apology that was only given because I brought up how bad the service was. If google let you give 0 stars I would.
- DCDianna CodyOct 17, 20255.0I had to wait just a bit, but I wasn't in a hurry. They changed my oil, and replaced my wipers (which I intended to do before winter.) They checked the cabin filter, which was absolutely disgusting. I don't think anyone has checked it before and I normally get my oil changed at a dealership in town. They were extremely pleasant. While we were there my 2-1/2 year old granddaughter decided it was a great time to need her diaper changed (if you know what I mean lol). I had no wipes with me, but Thomas (the manager) grabbed a new container of them out of his car he had for his daughter. Such a fantastic gesture. They were all fantastic! Thank you so much!
