The problem should be solved now, and it should be smooth sailing from here on out.

They offered to upgrade but for money out of my pocket. If you have the option to go to a different location, I would recommend it. It was snowy out which accounts for some of the delay. I was still to work on time with the snow. Edit: the store called me back and upgraded the vehicle free of charge. Be sure and mention to the the issues you have while you are there and they can probably help.
