His response was ok but when are you trying to come in. I said I need to call one more place and before I can finish he hung up on me. VERY RUDE AND NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. I called backed twice thinking maybe we were disconnected but nope we weren’t I was hung up on. The crazy thing is I was actually considering coming to them but uber gave me 4 locations to call so that’s what I was doing. It’s said that business is more worried bout money and not great customer service. Never know who I maybe I could’ve been the CEO of the company but it’s ok! DO BETTER!!!

I took one of my cars to my trusted mechanic recently and he told me my rotors were warped and to bring the car to the place that installed them. Mavis not only wouldn't do anything about the warped rotors fron their installing, but they also tried to get me to pay for new rear calipers and a brake hose for $1300. I'll never return here for any sort of work at all. My mechanic said the issue was cheap rotors, and he also drove the car and would've noticed if I needed calipers or a brake hose.
