A lady came out to inspect and stated my tires were “dry rotting” then when I asked how can they dry rot they’re not even a year old she stated “I do this every day” but I went right across to Discount Tire and fixed it FOR FREE. I guess she just wanted me to buy a tire. I’m glad I had time to go somewhere else.

Upon arrival, I was not greeted, and when I was finally noticed, I was informed my appointment would be pushed back 2-3 hours late. Throughout the day, I received no proactive updates on the status of my tires. I had to call the shop several times to request an estimated completion time. When I was finally told to pick up my vehicle, I arrived only to find it was still not ready, which wasted more of my time. This lack of accuracy and continuous rescheduling is unacceptable. *Unprofessional Atmosphere: Both upon my initial arrival and when I returned to pick up my vehicle, I witnessed highly upset customers yelling at staff due to long wait times and unfulfilled promises. The staff seemed indifferent to these serious customer concerns. The entire process felt disorganized and chaotic, giving the impression that the staff did not care about the customers' schedules or experience. * Uninviting Waiting Area: The customer waiting area was dark and uninviting, which compounded the poor experience. The TV was non-functional, and there were no basic amenities or refreshments offered. For a service requiring multi hour waits, the facility is highly inadequate and needs a significant update. Overall, the time commitment requested, coupled with the complete lack of communication, disrespect for scheduled appointments, and poor environment, makes me strongly discourage others from using this shop.
