- SNserenity nealJan 17, 20261.0I have had a terrible experience with Interlock. I have been left stranded multiple times because their device is draining and killing my car. The device has caused ongoing vehicle issues, yet when I requested help, they refused to tow my vehicle for required maintenance, leaving me stuck and stressed. On top of that, Interlock is way more expensive than other interlock companies, with fees adding up quickly and no real support when problems happen. Customer service is another major issue. When I asked to speak to a manager, the representative kept me on hold and never returned, which felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive. There is little accountability, and it seems like once they have your money, they don’t care about the customer’s situation. I would not recommend Interlock to anyone. The stress, cost, poor service, and lack of support are not worth it. There are better, cheaper companies that actually help their customers instead of leaving them stranded.

That’s why I say, Customer Services everything after speaking with one of their Customer representatives.
