She gave clear directions for what the process would be, and she guided me each step of the way. The other team members were very professional and knowledgeable as well. The estimator Olivia knew a lot about vehicles, specifically the damage that needed to be repaired. She took pictures and produced a good preliminary report. She kept me up to date with the repairs on my vehicle, so I knew what was going on twice a week. And the best part, my truck was ready a week earlier than originally promised! Overall, my experience was a very good one, from beginning to end. There was even a little dent on the passenger door from the previous owner, and they were able to smooth it out for me, without a charge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to have repairs done to their vehicle.
